Event Design and Production

Once you have your florals figured out, it’s time to incorporate all the other fun decor and design elements. Do you want the entire look of your event to be cohesive and managed by one vendor? Do you want to use vendors that you can trust will work seamlessly with your vision, your designer and your venue? Then this is the option for you. Event design includes working with you to develop your story/theme/vision of your event and the management of the vendors who will help create the look.

Initial Inquiry and Consultation

  • Discuss vision, preferences, and budget. This can be done however is most convenient for the client: in-person, on-site, email, phone, or Zoom.
  • Understand needs, guest count, venue preferences, and any specific requirements.

Concept Creation

  • Brainstorm and develop a concept that tells the desired story and achieves the desired aesthetic.
  • Create a mood board with color schemes, design elements, florals, and inspiration images, including custom digital sketches and mock-ups of specific designs throughout the event.

Vendor Sourcing and Coordination

  • Identify and source potential design-related vendors for flowers, lighting, linens, furniture, rentals, draping, staging etc.
  • Coordinate with vendors to ensure all elements align with the design vision and timeline.

Design Development and Collaboration

  • Continue to develop design plan, including floor plans, color palettes, and detailed descriptions of decor elements.
  • Review samples/photos of key elements (e.g., flowers, linens, table settings).
  • Collaborate with client and planner throughout the process; review samples/photos of key elements (e.g. flowers, linens, table settings, etc.).

Final Walk - Through

  • Conduct a final walk-through of the venue with key vendors to review the setup and layout.
  • Make any last-minute adjustments based on the walk-through feedback.

Event Day

  • Oversee the setup of the event according to the detailed design plan. Ensure all elements are placed correctly and styled as envisioned.
  • Coordinate with all design vendors during setup to ensure timely and accurate delivery of services.
